Q: Can I open the door during its running cycle?

A: We do not recommend that you open the door while the unit is in use and their should not be a need for this. If for any reason the door is opened mid-cycle a safety measure has been put in place that will automatically shut off the generator and the timer will reset. Opening the door during your purifiers running cycle should be avoided if possible.
