Your Warranty
Ozone Clean products carry a 12-month Manufacturer’s Warranty to be free from defects in design, material and workmanship. If your unit fails during normal use this Extended Warranty covers the cost of any needed repairs to, or replacement of, your purification system and/or any electrical components for exactly three years from the date your original Manufacture’s Warranty expires. ‘Normal Usage’ means when correctly installed, maintained and protected from deliberate or accidental damage. Ozone Clean will keep your product information on file, including details of the unit you have purchased. If Ozone Clean repairs or replaces the product it shall be warranted for the remaining original warranty period.

Obtaining Service under your Extended Warranty
Should your product require service while under warranty, contact Ozone Clean, LLC to authorize and arrange for its return. When you receive authorization for repairs, you must ship unit with a copy of the extended warranty certificate referencing your “Returned Goods Authorization Number.”

Ozone Clean, LLC, will repair or replace your unit at its discretion with no additional charge to you, and return it to you with postage paid for customers within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. Customers in all other countries, states and US territories must pay for all shipping costs in order to receive service under the terms of this Warranty. Ozone Clean, LLC, reserves the right to charge a handling fee if a returned product is found not to be under warranty due to conditions stated below.

Special Exclusions
This Extended Warranty does not cover malicious or accidental damage due to conditions beyond our control, such as: damage due to improper operation, failure to follow manufacturer’s recommendations for proper power supply, improper electrical supply or power surge, dropped product, theft, abuse, misuse, vandalism, fire, or natural disaster such as hurricane or flood. If your warranted product is found to have failed due to any of these excluded conditions, we will notify you of the cost to repair or replace the unit. Any and all replaced parts and components will become the property of Ozone Clean, LLC and will not be returned to the consumer. This Extended Warranty applies to all qualified returns within the United States and Canada, and certain other countries by prior agreement. You may have other rights under state law beyond those listed here. Tampering with this product in any way will void all warranties immediately. This extended warranty includes only the conditions within this agreement and no expressed or implied warranties, whether written or oral, shall be recognized.
